Flex Middle East FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of India's UFlex Limited, headquartered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It manufactures biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) polyester film, cast polypropylene (CPP) film, and high-barrier metallized films for flexible packaging converters. Its Dubai operations include a 6.7-meter-wide BOPET film line with 22,000 tons per annum capacity, a CPP film line with 18,000 tons per annum capacity, and a plasma-enhanced high-barrier metallizer with 5,400 tons per annum capacity. The company is part of UFlex, India's largest flexible packaging multinational with an annual turnover exceeding USD 1.75 billion and a workforce of over 10,000, and it has expanded internationally by establishing a BOPP film subsidiary in Azerbaijan.
