LATAM Airlines Peru (formerly LAN Peru / LAN Airlines Peru) is a Peruvian commercial airline and a subsidiary of LATAM Airlines Group. It was founded in July 1998 as LAN Airlines Peru and began operations in July 1999, later adopting the LATAM brand in May 2016 following the merger of LAN and TAM. Headquartered in Miraflores, Lima, the airline operates its main hub at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima and holds a significant share of the Peruvian air market. It serves domestic destinations across Peru as well as medium and long-haul international routes, operating a fleet that includes Airbus A319, A320, A320neo, and Boeing 767 aircraft.
