(SAI) is the North American production and sales hub for injection molding automation, established in 1991 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin as a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's Star Seiki Co., Ltd. (founded 1964). The company manufactures and distributes servo-driven automatic unloaders, sprue pickers, conveyors, pallet changers, and end-of-arm tooling for the injection molding industry, operating from a 35,548-square-foot facility in Wisconsin. SAI was one of the first in North America to achieve ISO 9001 compliance and pioneered the first servo robot for injection molding. With subsidiaries, joint ventures, and sales agencies across North and South America, Europe, and Asia, it serves a global market with over 60 years of combined automation expertise.
